We collect limited information about you. This covers all data that is sent off of your device to our servers, including data collected for short term transient use.

Data you provide us.

  • Gaming data, such as information relating to your gaming profile and activity, including the trophy count and rank achieved in multiplayer matches. We will also collect your IP address only for the duration of a multiplayer gameplay session, but we do not store it.

  • Communications data, based on our exchanges with you, including when you contact us through the Service, social media, or otherwise.

  • Other data not specifically listed here, which we will use as described in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.


Data we collect from our partners.

  • Third-party services, such as the Apple Game Center, which may include profile data such as your nickname, personalized Memoji, your preference for multiplayer functionality, whether you would like to connect with friends, and any other information that you add to your account profile that is made available to us based on your account settings on that service.


Data we collect automatically.

  • Device data, such as your computer or mobile device’s operating system and type, and language settings. 



We use the information we collect for the purposes outlined below.


To make the Service work.

To perform the contract, we process data necessary to:

  • provide, operate and improve the Service and our business;

  • facilitate social features of the Service, such as by identifying and suggesting connections with other players of the Service to improve your gaming experience;

  • communicate with you about the Service, including by sending announcements, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages;

  • understand your needs and interests, and personalize your experience with the Service and our communications; and

  • provide support for the Service, and respond to your requests, questions and feedback.

To make the Service more suitable for our players.

To provide a great Service to our players, we may use your personal information for research and development purposes, including to analyze and improve the Service and our business.

To keep the Service safe and fair.

In order to keep the Service and its social features safe and fair, to fight fraud and ensure acceptable use otherwise, we have a legitimate interest to process necessary data to:

  • protect our, your or others’ rights, privacy, safety or property (including by making and defending legal claims);

Other Players and Users.

Your profile and other user-generated content data (except for messages) may be visible to other users of the Service and the public. For example, other users of the Service or the public may have access to your information if you chose to make your profile or other personal information available to them through the Service, such as when you provide a personalized Memoji or nickname.  This information can be seen, collected and used by others, including being cached, copied, screen captured or stored elsewhere by others (e.g., search engines), and we are not responsible for any such use of this information.

Partners working for Oh BiBi.

Oh BiBi has partners to perform services for us. These partners process your data only at and according to Oh BiBi´s instructions to provide the Service, such as hosting, analytics and multiplayer services. For example, we use Photon and AWS to operate our Service.  You may learn more about Photon's privacy practices here and AWS’s privacy practices here


Linked third-party services. 

We may share your personal information with that third-party services that are linked to your game profile, such as the Apple Game Center. The third party’s use of the shared information will be governed by its privacy policy and the settings associated with your account with the third-party service.

Other companies and public authorities.

In order to combat fraud and illegal activity, we may exchange data with other companies and organizations and provide it to public authorities in response to lawful requests.

We may also disclose your data based on your consent, to comply with the law or to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our players or others.



Our Service is global by nature and your data can therefore be transferred to anywhere in the world. Because different countries may have different data protection laws than your own country, we take steps to ensure adequate safeguards are in place to protect your data as explained in this Policy.


Declining to provide information.

We need to collect personal information to provide certain services. If you do not provide the information we identify as required or mandatory, we may not be able to provide those services.

If you request, we will provide you a copy of your personal data in an electronic format.

You also have the right to correct your data, have your data deleted, object to how we use or share your data, and restrict how we use or share your data. We will respond to all requests within a reasonable timeframe.

In order to help ensure a secure and safe player experience, we are continuously developing and implementing administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or against loss, misuse or alteration. 

Although we make good faith efforts to store the information collected on the Service in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of that information during its transmission or its storage on our systems.

Furthermore, while we attempt to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third-party hackers from illegally obtaining access to this information. We do not warrant or represent that your information will be protected against, loss, misuse, or alteration by third parties.

Data retention.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. We will for example periodically de-identify unused game accounts and we regularly review and de-identify unnecessary data.
Note that if you ask us to remove your personal data, we will retain your data as necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.


We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data about anyone under the age of 13.  If you are under 13, please do not send any data about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. If we learn that we have collected personal data about a child under age 13, we will delete that data as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any data from or about a child under the age of 13, please contact us so that we may delete such data as soon as possible.
